If the purchase was delivered by our Brick and Mortar partners you may contact the delivery location and work with them on the return. 

If it is delivered through one of logistics partners please contact us to return or exchange your item(s). Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for special orders, mattresses and/or foundations no longer in their original packaging, and other items listed below. AHC Retail Galleries can accept returns of furniture or other large items, it must be accompanied by a return authorization From AHC.


Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. AHC reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in the original packaging, as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.


Special orders are submitted for production immediately upon order placement and are built to your specifications. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed; the remaining 50% will be charged when your order ships. If you choose to cancel your special order item(s) prior to delivery, your 50% deposit will not be refunded.

Once delivered, special order returns or exchanges due to customer preference or any other reason cannot be accepted.




These items are are non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.



Unopened mattresses and foundations in vendor packaging can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. The delivery fee is non-refundable. Mattresses and foundations cannot be returned or exchanged once vendor packaging is removed. Mattresses and foundations include a limited 10-year manufacturer warranty.



Clearance items, as well as any items purchased at AHC Gallery, Outlet stores or Warehouse Sales, are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.




Orders canceled prior to items shipping, no delivery fee will be charged. For special order items, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed. If you choose to cancel your special order item(s) prior to delivery, your 50% deposit will not be refunded.


Should you decide to cancel a return and keep the item after a refund was issued, we will charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued.




Our goal is to provide accuracy in all prices, delivery rates and other information. All prices in our advertising, news flier/books and online are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. Any errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, sometimes you could receive your refund more quickly. The usual period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper 5 to 10 business days, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it 3 to 5 business days, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request 5 to 10 business days.
